We had a very pleasant and peaceful holiday experience. The hotel is very close to the beach, the pools are clean, and the children had a great time thanks to the aqua park and slides. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, especially the animation team, who gave personal attention to the children and the general guests—the shows and evening programs were very successful. The rooms and overall cleanliness were good; the air conditioning worked, and the room was comfortable. The food was adequate and delicious; we had a variety of options from the buffet breakfast to dinner. In terms of price/performance, it truly exceeded our expectations—ideal for those looking for a family holiday like us.

First of all, I'd like to say that it has all the features you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. It's hygienic, offers active daytime and evening activities, the food is varied and delicious, and everyone from the housekeepers and entertainers to the waiters and chefs is so friendly and courteous that it deserves a 5-star rating. (There are a few grumpy moments, as is the case everywhere, but overall, everyone is very attentive.) I can say that it's a solution-oriented establishment with a focus on customer satisfaction. We were very pleased and recommend it to anyone considering a visit. We'd like to thank the Xeno Eftalia family for their hospitality. We've already booked again for this season, so I felt compelled to leave this review for any new guests who might be visiting. :))

My family and I stayed here for seven nights between August 12 and 7.08. Our experience and the attention we received were truly magnificent. The staff is friendly and helpful, attentive to every request with meticulous attention. Frankly, although the hotel is predominantly Russian, priority is given to Turkish tourists, which is something we were very pleased with. Regarding the rooms, they are very clean, with towels and sheets changed every three days. The rooms are cleaned daily for floor cleaning. Regarding the food, you can find all kinds of dishes almost any time of day. Kudos to the chefs. As for entertainment, there was a program every day of the week, and our favorite was Turkish Night. The hotel was about 200 meters from the beach. (I recommend bringing your own beach towels, as the hotel provides them free of charge and can change them every three days.) On the downside, unfortunately, the hotel doesn't have its own parking lot. The hotel's internet service costs 500 TL per week and 135 TL per day for each phone. In short, if you're looking for a relaxing and peaceful holiday, you should definitely come here. We'll be back this season, hopefully. As for the price, the prices are very reasonable compared to surrounding hotels and the service you receive. You can come with peace of mind. We stayed in room 3023...
