Can't sleep good! 11pm still playing that pickleball! They don't care people who check in the hotel! Need make proper rules for the convient of the people who stay in the hotel!

I booked 3 days and 2 nights at YBC Grand Hotel with a total cost of PHP 9,700, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. There was no proper cleaning in the room. The electric water heater already had wastewater inside, so we did not use it. We were informed that it would be changed, but instead, they only cleaned it and did not replace. This reflects poor maintenance and lack of proper inspection. In addition, the washroom had a bad odor throughout our stay. I had to personally adjust and even use my own perfume just to cover the smell, which should not be the responsibility of a guest. I requested assistance in the morning regarding to change the electric heater, but the action was taken very late. On the second day, I also requested a refill of bathroom tissue, and again, the response was extremely delayed. It appeared that only the reception staff was working, while housekeeping support was either unavailable or poorly managed. This was my first time staying at YBC Grand Hotel, and I am very disappointed with the poor service, lack of proper procedures, and weak staff performance. For the price paid, this level of service is unacceptable. I sincerely hope this review reaches top management or the owner, as there is an urgent need to improve housekeeping standards, maintenance procedures, and overall service quality.

Unfortunately, my stay at YBC Hotel was not satisfactory. Upon entering the room, there was an unpleasant smell, and overall cleanliness did not meet expectations. The bathroom also had a persistent bad odor, which made the stay uncomfortable. The electric kettle contained old water and had a dark, chocolate-like residue, suggesting it had not been properly cleaned or replaced for a long time. There was also a shortage of tissue, and no attendants were readily available to assist with concerns. Breakfast quality was poor, and the use of disposable plastic spoons and forks was disappointing, as they were flimsy and easily broke even with slight pressure. Overall, the service was poor and did not provide value for money. I hope the management takes these comments seriously and improves cleanliness, maintenance, and service quality for future guests.
