I chose this spa because of its good reputation and strong advertising, but unfortunately the experience fell far short of expectations. When we arrived, there was a very large group in the space, which made the environment extremely noisy. I thought that after the group left everything would improve, but that wasn't the case. In the changing room, my locker was broken and wouldn't open. Furthermore, I found it unacceptable that there wasn't a proper place to change clothes. It's only possible to change by leaving the changing room and going to the bathroom, and changing inside the bathroom, because the changing room only has showers and lockers, without any private area. It's unreasonable to expect clients to change in front of strangers. Within the spa area, the space is far too small for the number of reservations they accept. It was crowded, noisy, and anything but relaxing. To make matters worse, the overall condition of the space is worrying: it lacks maintenance, was dilapidated, dirty, and visibly rusty. The worst incident was the emergency light box, which simply fell from the ceiling. It was lucky it didn't hit anyone in the head, because it could have been a serious accident. There were even exposed electrical wires, which I consider totally unacceptable and dangerous. It's inadmissible for a spa to allow this level of risk. Honestly, it was one of the worst spa experiences I've ever had. I don't recommend it. The only positive point was the tea and biscuits at the end.
