The rooms, food, and service were all okay. There's a shuttle bus to the hotel.

We stayed for two nights during the latter half of the New Year's holiday. They had a mochi-pounding event in the evenings from the 4th to the 6th, which was fun. The freshly pounded mochi was delicious. Even though we were staying multiple nights, we couldn't get the same room, so we had to move rooms. It was great to be able to try two different rooms. The first night was a semi-suite, and the second night was a Kotone. Both were clean, had an open-air bath in the room, and had all the amenities, so I highly recommend them. My family preferred the semi-suite (because the room and bath were a little larger). We've talked about returning next year. The hot spring had a rich, silky texture, left our skin smooth, and warmed us up. We ended up soaking in the hot spring in our room multiple times. The large public bath was also clean and spacious, which was nice. The food at dinner was absolutely delicious. The crab was excellent, but the meat was truly melt-in-your-mouth Omi beef, and the portion was just right. It was my first time trying clear soy sauce for sashimi. It was a delicious dinner that made me realize they must have an amazing chef. Breakfast was a buffet, but the rice balls and freshly made omelets were delicious. I would have liked shrimp or squid tempura. The staff are very considerate, from welcoming you to seeing you off. This is a great inn. The staff at the souvenir shop were also very nice. My parents said they would love to return. This is an inn we would definitely like to return to. Thank you very much. One thing I would like to point out is that it would be good if the semi-suite rooms also had slippers, to keep your feet warm in the winter. Kotone's room had both slippers and a hot spring bath.

I went there a long time ago and have always wanted to go back. The food was delicious, and the hot springs were just as great as ever.
