Stayed for two days and one night on a weekday♨️ I registered online in advance, so check-in (by machine) was easy. I checked in around 4 PM, but I couldn't choose my meal time. 💦 However, when I mentioned it during the briefing, they called to say someone had changed their reservation, and they were able to change it for me, which was great!🍴 The all-you-can-drink drinks at dinner were also a big plus.🍺 There was a foot bath counter in the lobby, and the welcome drink included alcohol.🥂 Relaxed in the open-air bath and sauna in my room.😌 The open-air bath in the large communal bath was also very pleasant.♨️ Luxuriously located on a hill overlooking Sagami Bay. It was quiet and comfortable.✨

I stayed at this hotel on February 13th. I had high expectations based on the high reviews, but my stay ended up being extremely disappointing. I admit that I made a data entry error when I checked in. However, after informing them that I would be traveling with a 2-year-old, I asked about changing the dinner time, but no alternative was offered and they simply replied that they couldn't accommodate. I didn't feel any consideration for traveling with small children. There was also no flexibility when it came to children's meals, and in the end we had to buy food outside. I felt that this was not a safe environment for traveling with an infant. Furthermore, the water in the guest room stopped working after dinner. Although it was restored, the cause and specific explanation were not sufficient, which left me feeling uneasy. This was particularly troublesome as it was right before bedtime. While the food itself was delicious, I felt that this hotel had issues with its basic sense of security and crisis response. There is a big gap between the positive reviews and the actual experience, so I don't think I will return.

The food was delicious and the hotel was beautiful. The welcome drink was nice, but I didn't really like the fact that you were immediately ushered into a foot bath. It was a hassle to have to take off your socks. The hot spring wasn't that great, but it was nice that there was a sauna and a cold bath. It was a bit disappointing that it was too lively, with noisy groups and young people.
