Once is enough for this hotel. I stayed there in early March. Only one positive: - The security guards were helpful and willing to assist. Cons: - I booked a single bed but received two double beds put together. - The bellhop only served foreign guests. - A deposit was required upon check-in without prior notice, and only certain guests were charged. This lack of standardization and discrimination was evident. When asked about the standard, staff couldn't provide an immediate answer. - The room was not clean; for example, I found a gecko. - The bathroom drain was clogged and I had to clear it myself while showering. - The hairdryer's temperature control was broken. When I requested a replacement, they gave me the same broken one. - When the tissue box ran out, the staff removed the empty box from the room instead of refilling it, leaving me without tissues on the second day of my stay. - The key card only worked on the first day of my two-day stay. On the second day, I had to go down to the room to request a new key card.

The room was good for the price, and the location was excellent—a short walk to the beach and close to convenience stores. The staff were friendly, and the hotel was lovely. The only minor issue was that the towels in the room were unused but smelled very musty. However, I informed the staff, and they replaced them immediately.

We were a group of four and booked two Deluxe rooms through Agoda. We checked in around 3:30 PM, completing the registration. The front desk staff informed us, "Please wait a moment, the housekeeping staff is cleaning your rooms." We waited until about 3:40 PM and asked if our rooms were ready. We received the same answer: "The housekeeping staff is cleaning, we will expedite it." At 4:00 PM, we asked again because we felt customers shouldn't have to wait that long, especially since check-in is at 2:00 PM. The rooms should have been ready by then. We had booked in advance, we weren't walk-ins. We were getting increasingly frustrated. Finally, at 4:30 PM, another group of customers arrived asking if their rooms were ready because they had also been waiting a long time. We asked again, and received the same answer: "The housekeeping staff is cleaning." There was no apology, no solution, and no manager to assist or oversee the situation. Around 4:40 PM, a staff member brought us two key cards, but only one room was ready; the other was still being cleaned. We were then able to go up to our room. Service: No effective problem-solving methods, no apology. Rooms: The rooms were good, the beds and furniture were comfortable. Praise: The parking attendant was excellent, providing great service and recommendations. I would like to express my appreciation and gratitude.
