Booked for my children for 6 nights. After a night spent battling rodents in the wall or ventilation system... Cleanliness... how to put it... Very dirty... sticky or greasy floor depending on the area... We booked elsewhere and lost our reservation, which was no longer refundable. Frankly, with a baby, it's impossible to sleep there... We will obviously never return.

We traveled during the November bank holiday weekend, off-season, as a couple. We contacted the apartment reception because the cleanliness wasn't up to par: there was hair on the shower handle and on the floor, the kitchen utensils were dirty, and the house was dusty (including the closet shelves). We asked if a cleaning team could come, and they told us they didn't know, that they would see if they had time, instead of apologizing and trying their best to give us a decent room. After three nights, no one came to address the poor cleaning of the apartment we'd been given, and when we left, we went to file a complaint at reception. There, the staff apologized and gave us an email address where we could report the poor cleaning because the manager wasn't present, and no one has replied to this email to this day. Therefore, I don't know if it's a matter of insufficient cleaning staff or poor management, but what I find unacceptable is failing to address a politely made complaint and leaving customers with allergy attacks and sneezing due to the amount of dust, and having to remove other people's hair caught in the shower handle. I don't recommend it because of the poor cleaning and the lack of response to a problem that can always occur, but which should be fixed.
