We stayed at the hotel from June 1-10, 2025. We liked the hotel; it's not large, but clean and compact. Cleaning was good, and linens and towels were changed frequently. The food was delicious and we had everything we needed. The beach is very nice, with free umbrellas and sun loungers. We had a great vacation.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Neptuno Beach Resort in Crete! We received a warm welcome upon arrival – the staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and always has a smile on their face. You can immediately tell that service and hospitality are top priorities here. The hotel itself is very well-maintained and modernly furnished. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a fantastic sea view. I'd especially like to highlight the cleanliness – everything was cleaned perfectly every day. The food was a real highlight! A huge selection, all fresh, varied, and delicious – from Greek specialties to international dishes. There are also plenty of options for vegetarians. The location right on the beach is simply breathtaking. The sea is crystal clear, and the beach is very well-kept – perfect for relaxing. The pool area is also beautifully designed, with plenty of sun loungers and a great atmosphere. In the evenings, the animation team keeps everyone entertained without being intrusive. I particularly enjoyed the little shows and the live music. Overall, it was a perfect vacation – we felt completely at ease from the first day to the last. I can wholeheartedly recommend the Neptuno Beach Resort and will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful family holiday. The standard rooms are spacious and have a terrace with a table and chairs. The buffet is good and varied. The only downside, but as with most all-inclusive resorts, is that the sodas are very sugary. The staff are very pleasant and friendly, both at the bar and in the restaurant.
