The staff is very friendly and welcoming, the rooms are clean, and the location is excellent. Located a 5-minute walk from New Delhi train station, I stayed one night. I specifically chose this hostel because it's located next to the station, as I had a very early train the next morning. However, the light in my room was left on until 2:00 AM because some people arrive late with their luggage. It's not very polite to leave the light on at night for people who are trying to sleep, and the least the hostel could do is install curtains for more privacy and to minimize disturbance. That's why I'm giving it three stars: the welcome is very good, but there are no curtains in the rooms. I don't think I'll return to this hostel, even though the staff is very friendly. Overall, my experience wasn't very good, and I wouldn't recommend this hostel. If you want peace and quiet and a good night's sleep, choose a hostel with beds that have curtains. The staff needs to address this issue by installing curtains or ensuring that people don't arrive late at night with their luggage. A staff member who was helping someone who had just checked in turned on the light at 2:30 in the morning. The staff really needs to change their approach. This isn't meant as a harsh criticism, but rather constructive and objective feedback so the staff can improve.
