    Our driver was lovely, very chatty, funny and was a safe driver. He was mostly punctual, could of done more to keep people on time.

    Being non-skiers and first time "snow bunnies" going by bus was ideal. Our driver (Pedro) was great - drove safely on some quite difficult roads. So, when we got to the mountain we were able to enjoy ourselves. One small gripe: the lack of information at the pick up point in Melbourne. Was a bit chaotic. Otherwise a great adventure

    Everything by Aviator was well organised except the driver of bus tour who only spoke Chinese while guiding. We had to literally ask him to speak in english while giving information. That was very unappreciative.

    Price is 119 for two people but 135 per person for four. That promotion doesn’t make sense. Experience was good but the tour guide/driver wasn’t. Driver won’t stop the bus for emergencies so when someone was vomiting or when someone needs to pee. You are just expected to do your business in your chair whether that be number 1 or 2. Driver is not helpful but at least didn’t leave late comers behind. 5 hour trip both ways (10 hours) and 5 hours in the snow. Rental before going was one hour which wasted a lot of time as there was a lot of sales talk to the passengers. Also having to go through two other stops in Glen Waverly and Boxhill I think was about 1.20 minutes added which could have been used in Mt Buller. Viator should not work nor recommend this company anymore.
