St. Paul's Chapel

We will start the tour at St. Paul's Chapel, New York City’s oldest public building still in continuous use. Just one block away from the 9/11 attacks, it miraculously survived the falling building and debris. St. Paul’s Chapel served as a makeshift rescue center during the aftermath. Its iron fence became a bulletin board where family members posted notices of their missing loved ones. Today, with the mementos received from people around the world supporting New York City, the church serves as both a landmark and a tribute.

The Oculus

The outside structure of the World Trade Center Transportation Hub, is the subway entrance and extensive shopping center.

The National 9/11 Memorial & Museum

Enter the 911 Museum with exclusive skip the line access. Admission to the museum is only included if that option is selected.

Unreal, very emotional experience. Brought a lot of old memories back to the day of and the days and weeks that followed. The museum is amazing - just budget plenty of time, especially for the center, lower level that says “Average time 45 minutes.” I spent over an hour and could have spent three hours. Dave Gardner was a great tour guide. Extremely knowledgeable and takes his time. He was even there that fateful day.

Jim was able to give his experiences as a testimony to how the tragedy of 9/11 happened. He was able to tell stories of those who passed and those who were heroes that day with conviction

Great tour and great experience with Jim Q. I was appreciative of how personal this tour was and how much Jim told us about his personal experiences with 9/11.

We did the 9/11 Memorial Ground Zero Tour with the optional 9/11 Museum Ticket. Our tour guide, Tim, was excellent! He was informative about the actual day of 9/11 and the area itself, as well as areas of interest around the 9/11 Memorial and Ground Zero. In addition, at the end of the tour, he made sure that those of us with the optional museum ticket made it to the correct line to enter the museum. We highly recommend taking the tour, as we learned many facts of interest that we wouldn't have picked up just by visiting the area on our own. Also, the museum was well worth a visit.

Russell was amazing! We loved his personal account as a 9yo experiencing 911 first-hand living in NYC. He shared details about that day when his father who was on the way to work the morning the planes crashed into the towers. Russell is very passionate and was a very delightful, knowledgeable, guide. The museum is a must see, and was toured without guide after his walking tour was complete.

My wife and I took this tour on a very rainy wet Memorial day. Our guide, Jaclyn Montgomery, did a tremendous job of telling us the story of that day. You could tell that she has been involved with this day and it's meaning personally. The rain never slowed her down a bit and she did her best to find us shelter ( even while she had none) while walking around Ground Zero and telling the stories of that day. If you ever get a chance to see Ground Zero and the museum, take this tour. If you don't you will miss a lot of information.

We took the 911 Memorial tour today with Daniel M as our tour guide, he was very knowledgable, friendly and very easy to understand. I have previously done the museum but never the memorial tour and i would highly recommend it. Saying i enjoyed it is probably the wrong word but it was very interesting and leaves you reflecting on a truly sad event..

Jim Quinn was an absolutely amazing guide. He was so passionate. He is without a doubt a credit to the City of New York and his Company. He was so respectful to the memory of the 911 victims and we learnt so much from Him. Highly recommend a tour with Jim Quinn. The Casey Family, Ireland

Luckily Dana was our tourguide and she did an amazing job. She told us about her personal connection right at the beginning and you could really get a glimpse of someone that was directly connected to this tragedy. She told many stories from several people and that really emphasized how affected everyone still is today. We got to see places that we didn‘t know existed. Dana showed us the memorial site of the fire station and the Koenigs-sphere, we would’ve never known without her. She waited for everyone and made sure that everyone in the group felt good by offering options to seat whenever she could. I felt like I was in really good hands and I‘m so thankful for her time. We came all the way from Germany and we‘re so glad we got to hear her story. Our deepest condolences to her and her family for the loss of her brother, he would be so proud of her today, keeping his legacy alive.

Jim Quinn was very knowledgeable and passionate about the tour. It was interesting to see the fire station memorial and hear stories I had not heard.
