    this is a very nice city. lots of spanish architecture to look at and to photo. plenty of museums to visit and my fav is the military museum. if into shopping then you will find what you need.

    We caught the public bus from the Catalonia Punta del Rey to Santa Cruz. Very quick and around 1.85 euros per person each way. The bus station is large and convenient for getting to places. We walked to the very impressive Auditorium that is about 400 metres away. The adjacent park is also well worth a visit. We also went to the Museum of Modern Art which is in an impressive building. Between the bus station and the Museum is the Mercado Ntra. Señora de África. If you like markets then it's worth a stroll around. Overall we had a good 5hrs there and could have spent longer there.

    Knowledgeable local guide. Very informative. A good start for a stay in Santa Cruz and as carnaval was about to start it was fun to hear about the traditions. She also recommended places to go.

    This is a beautiful city, and you will think you are in a typical mainland Spanish city, as it has all the big name shops, beautiful buildings, lovely squares/parks and narrow streets. Very vibrant as a result. So well worth a day’s visit or more.

    Tour was very informative Arancha showed her many parts of the city and some back stories We really enjoy the Casa del carnival Book with her will not be disappointed Make sure you wear comfortable shoes
