The trip was amazing. The marine biologist guide was incredible and had all the answers to our questions AND had the most wonderful fun facts, ive used the one about the size of blue whales farts many times already! I would 100% recommend. They also had tea, coffee, biscuits and suncream available for free on the boat. Was a magical experience. Do not bother trying to take your own photos, just enjoy the experience. They post professional ones on their Facebook after the trip. Much better than trying to take your own, just enjoy the views!

The ability to see so many blue whales in this experience was just amazing. On board commentary was top-notch and made the tour something that will be very difficult to forget.

The tour was amazing and something I’ve now ticket of my bucket list Seeing a mum and young calf having a little play as they just cruised their way down the coast was fantastic The staff Kyle and Emma where amazing answering questions and informing everyone not just about the humpback whales but all the whales that make the voyage up north and back again

Had a great time out on the water with Naturaliste Charters and their friendly crew. Chloe and Kyle were great fun, helpful and informative. The departure point is a little tricky to find as is further down road than signs would make you believe and I hadn't realized would depart from beach - was on lookout for a pier. We headed out and saw some dolphins fairly quickly, but it was a struggle to find whales in this tail end of the season. But various boats were in communication and the skipper tried his hardest to catch up with a humpback whale and it's calf seeing their water spouts and fins, though they were not particularly playful (but this is nature). We stayed out probably past our time slot, but no luck on seeing anything spectacular. We headed back to base, thinking a distant encounter was our best view when suddenly we found another mum and calf in the bay. This time mum was teaching her calf to breach with a few spectacular leaps out the water which was an absolute joy to watch. You need a bit of luck on these things, but the crew at Naturaliste Charters worked hard and their efforts paid off in the end for us patient whale watchers.

Disappointing. We saw one mother and one calf but as it didn’t fall into the “no whale policy” we weren't offered a free return trip. I wrote suggesting it would be good for their business if they offered half price return trips when so few whales were sighted as I doubt anyone on this trip would recommend going in November. They replied offering this, and said "They felt just as disappointed, it’s been an amazing season but yesterday was hard, the weather wasn’t great and the whale sightings were low." It would have been nice if they had offered it without having to be prompted. I don't recommend going in November.

The views were amazing and the crew was really professional. We were really able to see the whales! They had a marine biologist onboard to answer any science questions.

Awesome morning aboard a beautiful boat with friendly and informative crew, but best of all we got to see a gorgeous mum and baby humpback. Will definitely be back and even keener now to go and see the killer whales next. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to be able to see these amazing animals. 🐋🐳

A great trip and very well organised. Trip started on-time and we found what we had come a long way to see; whales. Crew were very knowledgeable and cared about the environment the whales thrive in. Given our trip was organised entirely via the Naturaliste Charters website from or NE Scotland home, and we mailed the company for some additional info re meeting points, etc, the whole experience was excellent. Highly recommended.
