    They told us to be there 20 min before departure we got there 20 min before departure and because of the Olympics many access areas were closed. I sent them a message through what’s app after digging through Viator to find there number and they finally sent me a response back to go down to the marina through the bridge itself. They sent me a picture of a guide dressed in blue and blue booth and neither one was there. So I was texting them and running frantically along the pier and they were sarcastic saying I am looking for a boat not a person. They gave me a boat name called Paris city vision when that is the tour name on the side and the boat had a different name. By the time we figured it out the boat has left. When we contacted them to at least reschedule because it was their fault to be misleading they refused to reschedule or rebate. Viator was no help in the issue either stating the supplier have to honor it. I had amazing time with my family with great review on other tours through Viator in Paris. This one was a bad one and won’t recommend

    Food was not good. Boat was aged. Service was substandard. Felt like the wait staff was cold & not very welcoming.

    The views of the Eiffel Tower. The singer was great. I would say the directions to get to the boat were not clear.

    the service and food was great- the entertainment was awesome. and the tour on boat was great - my granddaughters really enjoyed it. seeing the Eiffel tower - Notre Dame - and others
