1. The driver that had to pick me and my friends up did not understand English. So it was difficult to communicate. And understand on what bus we had to go.
2. The women that was giving the tour was unfriendly, rude it was difficult to understand what she was saying.
3 . They took us to the pearl factory which was just a shop , tried to convince everyone to buy something from that shop. For the money that we paid i was expecting a better experience from the tour

Overall, the tour was a bit basic. the first transfer coach was nice and 'luxury' as stated on the itinerary. But then the second transfer bus was too crowded and basic. The views were amazing at HAMS however, the tour was advised as 45 minutes when it was 10 minutes.

It is a very well located and very clean hotel, the food is very good out of ten, it is clear that they have very good professionals and they like what they do, we will definitely return.

Primero el madrugón para estar en el punto de encuentro, llegamos con veinte minutos de anticipación, extrañados de que no hubiera nada ni nadie, miramos el mail para comprobar si se hubiera anulado. A las 9:30 comenzamos a llamar para pedir explicaciones y a las 10:15 nos comunicaron que se había anulado y que en 5 a 10 días nos devuelven el dinero como si yo hubiera cancelado la visita. Para mí son unos IMPRESENTABLES y encima tienen la cara dura de preguntar cómo me ha ido la experiencia. Lo que tienen que hacer es la devolución del dinero y bonificar los daños causados, que no tienen vergüenza ni el agente de Palma ni en Madrid.
