The trip was great, our guide Monica was amazing! And the driver very pleasant and smiley. At the rock of Gibraltar it seemed a little bit rushed-I would have loved to spend more time around monkeys instead of the shopping street, but owerall I recommend the trip.

The guide Monica is the best:) Everything was great. Good combination of excursion and free time. thanks!

We were picked up at 0715 sharp in Malaga and it took 3.5 hours to reach La Linea just because we had to pick up people on route. I joined the rock tour it wasn’t really a tour they offered a minibus up the Gibraltar rock with an audio guide explaining the different sites and the driver just pointing towards those places and we stopped at the Europa point for 10 minutes, when there are a few things to see- the lighthouse, a mosque, a battery it was just a photo stop without anyone explaining the history and everything, there’s no time to read what’s written in each sites either. Then off goes another drive up the mountain to St Michael’s cave- 20 minutes stop was just ok as there is a light show that’s on every 7 minutes or so. Managed to do that. Finally we spent the most time at the last stop just for the monkeys (yes they are cute but is 15 minutes really worth it…) ended up in the main square at 1310 to begin my free time. There are so many other places to visit that I barely had time to finish - luckily I managed to spot a plane landing and walked on the runway. Left at 1615 and another 3 hours drive back in town (noticed they mentioned they stopped picking up passenger in Marbella and Estepona? We stopped by Estepona dropping off one passenger), and 4 more stops that’s off the highway through all those narrow streets, flustered me a lot… like there were already around 30 pax leaving from Malaga isn’t that already enough clients?

We were picked up on time in Malaga for this tour. We were about 1 hour into the trip to pick up other passengers when the bus pulled over due to a problem. We were told we would need to wait about 1 hour for the part to arrive and get fixed. We got off the bus to speak to our tour guide as we had a 9:00 pm flight out that evening. The tour is advertised as taking between 7 and 10 hours. Since we left at 7:15 am, we figured we would be back 10 hours later at 5:15 pm at the latest. When I asked my tour guide to confirm what time we would now be back due to the extra delay, he told us we would not make our flight out. He said the tour takes longer than 10 hours total. I expressed my frustration at booking a 10 hour tour that would be a 12 hour or longer tour. We, as well as several other people, ended up getting off the bus and not continuing with the tour, since it would be over an hour additionally delayed due to the broken bus. We made a special trip to Malaga to take the Gibraltar tour and were very disheartened that it didn't happen. It is the tour operators responsibility to accurately list how long the tour lasts so that people can plan appropriately. When I see that a tour lasts up to 10 hours, then I expect it to not go 2 hours longer than expected. Please update the information you share on this tour so people can make a booking with accurate information. It was extremely frustrating to lose out on this trip due to a lack of accurate information shared on your own website. We wasted a lot of time and money and effort to go on this tour and it did not happen in the end. Do better visitandgo!!!!

The bus driver & guide were both excellent. Guide spoke 5 languages & was very knowledgeable about crossing the border both ways. Great sense of humor. What I asked prior was how long was bus trip- it totals 3 hours with 6 stops along the way just so everyone knows- arrival in Gibraltor about 10:30-(leave 7:15) leave from Gibraltor 3:15- arrive back in Malaga at 6:10. This information on website would be helpful. Bus comfortable but maybe not for people over 6 ft tall. Bus driver up the rock in Gibraltor knowledgeable & fun. Caves, monkeys, botanical gardens & views even on a foggy morning worth the 6 hours of travel time. Hope my review helps the tour operator or others about posting valuable information for tourists.

Spent 5 flip’s hours on a coach to get to Gibraltar from Malaga. Crap tour company set up 15 pick ups along the way Way off the autopista, doubling back on micro narrow streets in the giant a$$ coach to pick up a couple of pax at at time, repeatedly. GRRR 😡 Jorge the tour guide was a blabbering huckster, my head ws read to pop, the guy wouldn’t shut up! An independent contractor that lied about everything you asked him. He was very articulate in English, Spanish and German, but overwhelmed you with worthless drivel. NEVER AGAIN, we ubered back, had dinner and turned in before the bus ever got back to Málaga!!

He Gibraltar experience itself (We took the rock tour) was excellent. The bus from Malaga return was a milk run of 7 or 8 stops for pick ups which takes far too long, over 7 hours on the bus. On the return, nearly 4 hours with no bathroom stop was unacceptable. We knew what we signed up for, but, they need to change this offering as half our group originated in Malaga and paid the price with a 13 hour day. Yes there was an accident enroute, beyond everyone's control, however, there is no way they could ever do this trip in the promised 7 to 10 hours. My recommendation is offer a separate trip from Malaga only to Gibraltar, and, another from Costa del Sol for the others that can't come to Malaga. You'd get less negative reviews. Lastly, the tour guide in Gibraltar was laser focused on the money around town, scaring the life out of us all going up and down the rock, feeding the apes even though that is frowned upon, rushing us through st. Michael's Caves. I think we all expected more starting with professionalism. I generously give this a 4 star because we saw it all and we liked it despite all the forgoing.

Enjoyed just visiting Gibraltar -it was on our bucket list. The Rock experience with the apes and the cave tour. The music and lights worked well to convey a majestic experience. Impressed at the multi-language guide. Very helpful with all of the information needed to get through customs.

St. Michael's caves. Stunning. Fantastic scenery and a great tour guide. Very informative. Packed a lot of information and good humour into the tour.
