    Great food, really nice vibe and plenty of space/room for everyone to be comfortable. Only complaint was the waiting times for waiters to reach us using the interactive system.

    We have been to Perchel Beach whilst being on holiday at Be Cordial a few times now and always had a great time. Staff are amazing, friendly and attentive, location and facilities are very good, on the whole a fantastic day out for all of the family.

    I have just returned from a family holiday in the attached resort of Cordial Santa Agueda. This Is our second visit in two years and it did not disappoint. However the experiences at the beach club were slightly different and worth mentioning. Firstly, the staff are lovely, work hard and in a public-facing, role I commend them. Last year we were able to come at most times and secure beds for our family, this year it would appear mass panic has lead to families having to wait outside from as early as 10.30 to be able to secure beds in the beach club. I have never been the type of person to do this and so found it extremely uncomfortable and a little embarrassing to have to do. The reason for this is that last year we were shown to our beds with Perchel towels and wrist bands and wished a good day, this time we were duely asked our room number, told how many beds we were entitled to, not to sit on the those with blue towels on them and sent on our way. And there are blue towels everywhere, most still remaining there until well into the afternoon unoccupied, having seen many families sent away with the claim that there are no beds left, I felt this point needed to be highlighted. I felt really quite uncomfortable with this element of the stay, feeling as though if I wanted to take advantage of the advertised element of our stay, that I would need to be in line so early in order to do so. The unique selling point of the resort is the beach club, it is a shame to see that things have changed so much so that resort members no longer feel like the VIP guests that they did previously.

    We always enjoy our visits and have found the staff super helpful with great service. Eugenio and his team do a fab job making guests stay as comfortable as possible and looking after them The food and drink offering is excellent and we are big fans of the sushi . The beach club is super clean and very well maintained and the sun beds are luxurious . The horizon pool is great for swimming in . It’s just an excellent place to come for a very relaxing holiday and deserves a 5* rating

    This is our second year staying at Saint Agueda resort and using the Perchel beach club which you have free access to if you stay there. We had a fantastic experience again and the Perchel beach club is such a great place to go each day. The staff are attentive and helpful and most of all the manager Eugenio is amazing and gives such amazing service. I would definitely recommend visiting the place for the service, the food and the wonderful pool. The sushi is great too for lunch! Thanks Eugenio for another great holiday here
