Our guide cared enough to find out where our dad landed and took us there. It was a very meaningful tour for us. Our thanks to Alex and your company for providing this service.

Alex was our guide and he was outstanding at giving us a historical account of all the events that made Normandy top on our wish list for places to see and things to do on our vacation to Europe. He was excellent with our entire group and found us a wonderful place to have lunch, and was informative and entertaining and gave us so much value for our money and our time. I wish I had treated him to lunch but hindsight is 20/20. My husband and I travelled and toured with our two teenage boys who also enjoyed the day immensely and deemed it as a highlight of our trip. I left the day a better person than I started it so thank you Alex!!!

As two Canadian Veterans, visiting the Canadian DDay sites on remembrance day was very important to us. Eric did an amazing job of taking us back through time and making us feel like we could see it all happening. His personal insights and stories helped to tie it all together. Great tour! Wonderful guide! Best part of our trip! So glad we did it with Eric instead of attempting to see the sites on our own. We got so much out of this experience. Thank you so much!

We had Eric as our guide and I can honestly say he has to be the best! He was so informative and answered every question we had with so many interesting facts! Loved that he personalized it with stories of individual soldiers! He also went above and beyond with us when we mentioned an uncle was buried in a cemetery that wasn't part of our tour, he drove us almost an hour away to see it! And also dropped us off at our hotel!! In our opinion he is the best guide ever!!

OUTSTANDING!!! Eric was a superb guide passionate about the Normandy invasion and it reflected in his tour presentation. He also took advantage of unusual opportunities as the arose like access to a church that was usually closed and an invitation to visit inside the house on Juno Beach. A job well done. Thank you Eric.

We had an amazing two days with Kate — she was the best guide we could have imagined! She was so knowledgeable, friendly, energetic and patient. Our two little girls adored her too! Thank you Kate and Gold Beach Company for making our time in Bayeux and the surrounding area so special.

It was a very interesting and emotional experience. We went to the Juno Canadian museum, took the 30 min tour on the beach, went to Canada House and the cemetery. Should be on every Canadians list of places to visit in their lifetimes.

On May 18th 2023 my wife and I were given an amazing, in-depth tour of the Canadian / Juno Beach D-Day sites. Katie was our driver/Guide for the day and excelled at her descriptions of the events of that momentous day. She graciously offered to customise any part of the day to suit either us or the other gentleman from Edmonton. She provided many visual props and knew exactly when to explain more or to give us time to absorb the enormity of the various locations. Especially at the Commonwealth War Cemetery and site of the prisoner executions. Katie's family history added to the obvious links that she generously shared. We think that she should be offered Honourary Citizenship! Thanks from Marcia and Rob
