    First class activities with excellent instruction from Zach and James. Both my 14 year old son and my 50 year old self loved every minute and pushed ourselves to our limits. Such a wonderful setting as well in a beautiful woodland gorge. Amazing!

    Fantastic experience! Wanted to take my boys on an adventure they wouldn’t forget and they absolutely loved gorge scrambling. Thanks to Adventure Activities and our instructor Dom. great wetsuits stopped us getting too cold throughout

    The highlight of our holiday! Dom was our instructor, extremely experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and super good with the kids too! It was so much fun our kids (6 and 10) both want to do it again and didn't stop giggling and smiling throughout. It was challenging at times especially for our daughter who Dom said was 'definitely the littlest person I've ever had on my trip' but we were amazed at how much they both did. We scrambled so high up the gorge, sqeezed through rocks, jumped into pools, swam in waterfalls, slid down water slides and climbed up rocks alongside the most beautiful scenery it really was fantastic! A perfectly planned route for a young family adventure. We recommend this experience to everyone and so glad we found the best company to take us, will definitely be booking again for our next holiday in North Wales can't wait!

    A great day. Sol, our instructor, looked after us all the way, answering questions before we booked, providing all the information we needed ahead of time, met us ar the meeting point and then took us the amazing, hidden gorge. The equipment provides was top rate - a quality wetsuit and vest - if this is your first time, go for the bouncy aid. The abseils, jumps and scrambling were all great. Sol managed the risks brilliantly, keeping it exciting but safe at all times. A couple of people in our group decided to step out for the last few abseils and Sol for them back to a known location really well. Top tip - accept the snacks when offered - your instructor knows when you need a boost.
