That was the worst tour ever! Completely disorganized from the beginning. The tour guide collected a crowd of 50 people to go into cathedral. Nobody could hear anything. We had to leave and go on our own. And for the second part we decided not to go, because it was a huge crowd English, German and French speakers. Also everything was delayed and we were afraid to be late for our cruise ship! Complete waste of money and time!

Whilst it was good to hear the history of the culture and history of the Cathedral this was done outside. Less time in Cathedral and could have made more of this tour had headphones been available. Very knowledgeable guide though (Vicky). As I was staying in the Old Town I forfeited the walking tour there to stay on in Cathedral then made my own way to Meeting Point! Bus trip to Valldemossa was well Organised. I didnt do the included guided tour, choosing to have lunch and explore myself. Stunning authentic village and the highlight of my holiday. My suggestion would be for City Experience to make this excursion 60 mins Cathedral and the remaining 3 hours transit to / from Valldemossa and more time there. Felt too rushed. The Old Town walking tour completely separate as that must have been whistlestop. Good value for money. Recommend!

A bit chaotic trying to find the right tour as very busy at meeting place, but found her in the end. The tour with Vicky to the Cathedral and Old Town was very good. Inside the Cathedral was amazing. Then by coach to Valldamossa, a beautiful village in the hills. The trip was 5 hours in total and great value.

I was on a cruise and had a set time in Palma de Majorca. We booked this tour as it said it was a 4 hour tour meeting at 10:45am and leaving at 11am. We had to catch the last shuttle back to our boat at 4:30pm. The meeting point was very chaotic. Though they held up a tour sign, it did not say which language was being spoken. A lot of time was spent walking around to find our correct group. The tour did not start until 11:30am. It consisted of 40 people without the use of headphones (whispers). Almost impossible to hear all Vicky was saying (she tried her best). Because of the size of the group, we ran late. We ended up leaving and skipping the Valldemossa part as we could not jeopardize missing the shuttle back to the boat before it took off. In all of my VIATOUR tours, this was by far the worst.

This was probably the most hectic guided tour I've experienced! The guide was clearly knowledgeable but set off at a cracking pace, quite a challenge to keep up with his brisk walking. Thereafter he provided lengthy facts & details about each location meaning that the 90min tour was packed full but rushed, and lasted 130mins! This meant we had literally 2mins to speed walk on our own to find the bus for the next part of the tour - very frantic! Strongly recommend the guide selects just a few really interesting highlights, rather than trying to cram so much in, and adopts a more leisurely pace, as the rush & time pressure spoilt the enjoyment of an otherwise interesting tour. The bus trip & short tour in Valldemossa was scenic and a little more relaxed!

Le guidage et la sortie à Valdemossa étaient supers. Malheureusement il n'y avait pas assez de précisions quant aux points de rencontres ( guide et bus)

The meeting point was quite chaotic due to the different groups. Departure time was not stated correctly on the website, so we had difficulty visiting the toilet between the cathedral visit and the drive to Valdemossa, let alone eating or drinking something as indicated in advance. Both guides, especially Vicky and Karo, were great, but not always clearly audible due to lack of microphone. The free time in Valdemossa was far too short, but we enjoyed the atmosphere, the view, and the additional information that Karo provided. We would recommend both activities, but on 2 different days.

The tour through the old town and then through the cathedral was excellent thanks to our Danish tour guide Christine, who spoke very good German and was very enthusiastic and passionate about it. We also really enjoyed the subsequent tour in the air-conditioned bus to Valdemossa. The tour guide didn't leave us without answers. The price-performance ratio was very good.
