After the madeira vineyard Tour, we continue up to the worlds second highest sea cliff and Europe’s highest (580m) – (1775 ft). Here you can enjoy the beautiful views of Camara de Lobos and Funchal. Due to sea erosion, caves and terraces were formed along the coastline. The locals made little plots, for crops, forming an incredible watercolour landscape..

One of the best excursions I’ve ever done. Ruben picked us up from the hotel with a lovely bunch of 8 people, was very knowledgeable about the area and was just a great guy to chat to. Drove us up to the beautiful vineyard where we learned so much about the wine making process and finished with a very generous tasting session. Made some stops on the way back to take photos of the beautiful island. Loved this tour!

We had a beautiful day. Our guide was knowledgeable about the area & the wines and she was a great driver. The vineyard was beautiful and there wasn't one wine we didn't love! The only suggestion is to make the tour 30 min or 1 hour longer. We felt a little rushed.

We were a family of 5 and absolutely loved this trip! We had an amazing tour guide who took us to beautiful viewpoints and had fantastic wine! Highly recommend to anyone in the area!

We were collected promptly from our hotel, gathered the rest of our small group and headed north to the vineyard. Our driver Ruben was excellent at explaining what tge day held and was a superb driver (very important given the state & size of the roads!). The people at the vineyard were delightful. I have visited vineyards elsewhere, but Portugal grows their vines differently, so the tour was really interesting. We headed back to taste. Six wined, 3 whites, one rose & two reds. All lovely. After the tasting, the bottles were left for us to finish. Absolutely brilliant value for money. I had bought this as a thank you for my friends hosting me and they loved it to and are already planning to take more of their guests.

Susanna our guide was excellent and the actual wine tour and tasting was brilliant due to the lady who took us through the various wines produced at the winery. Susanna made sure we had an excellent tour even although the weather took a turn for the worse. She took us to another location for a tour of a Madeira winery with a tasting session. When we return to Madeira and if we wanted to do another tour we would specifically ask for Susanna. Great half day tour.

This tour was the best way to start our trip in Madeira. Susanne was an excellent guide showing us around the west side of the island. She shared a lot of information about the agriculture on the island and how it affects their daily life and their history. The highlight was definitely the winery. Not only were the views unlike anything else the wines were delicious. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the island. We truly appreciated the tour by winery staff; and Suzanne for being so helpful and kind and informational.

This half day wine tour was a great experience. We were picked up from our Airbnb and then driven to a vineyard and a couple attractions. The vineyard was absolutely gorgeous and we tasted some great local wines (not the fortified Madeira wines).
