    Puffing Billy was great fun and we really enjoyed feeding the kangaroos. Alex was a fantastic tour guide. Would definitely recommend.

    Our guide Travis was amazing. He gave excellent information about the attractions we went to and he is so passionate with his job. He even knows the names and nature of the animals in the sanctuary! Highly recommended tour!

    The whole experience was rememberable from the pick up to the superb driver and tour guide. We shared some special memories with him at the sanctuary even though he tours there many times in a week it seemed like all the animals wanted to say hi. Puffing Billy is a must was very different and nice just to chill out and absorb the sights.

    Didn't understand why they combined a railway tour with a visit to a sanctuary. The ride was ok, but the views did not justify the length of the ride. From there to the sanctuary was one hour drive and then only one hour in the sanctuary. That was way too short, especially if you (pre)booked an encounter with a koala. For all that it was too pricy. But our guide Travis was great. So much interesting information we got from him while he was driving us. He's just a really cool, relaxed guy and made this trip, together with the koala encounter, memorable.

    Drive to Dandenong Ranges to Lakeside to Puffing Billy’s visitor Centre. Free time to explore and have lunch before boarding train to Belgrave (1 hour train ride).
