Busselton
Originally a seaside timber port and now a busy regional hub and popular holiday destination, Busselton has grown considerably into an impressive major country town in the south west. A stop at the Jetty is a must. The Train & Underwater observatory tour is a 2 hour experience. Please consider if a brief 25min photo stop is enough as time on this tour is precious.
Ngilgi Cave Ancient Lands Experience
There are a number of impressive caves available and Ngilgi Cave is only one of them. Because of the travelling distances in the region, caves south of Margaret river (Lake, Jewel & Mammoth) are generally avoided. Especially if the full Busselton Jetty/Underwater observatory tour is included in the day.Time simply doesnt allow for Jetty & Cave tours together. A very brief photo stop at the Busselton Jetty is an option if Jewel, Lake OR Mammoth cave are of interest.
Canal Rocks
One of the Margaret river regions many stunning coastline options - Canal Rocks boardwalk takes you over rushing tidal, incredibly deep blue waters. The entire coastline offers breathtaking beaches & dramatic rock faces.
Vasse Felix Winery
The oldest winery in the region. An excellent cellar and restaurant. Lunch and tastings can take up to 2 hours so please consider if this is a highlight, a brief stop or if you dont drink - not a stop at all!.... There are many other excellent wineries in the region. If wine is your only focus you can expect to visit 4 - 6 wineries on this day tour. Contact me to discuss this option specifically.
Cowaramup
Locally known as "Cowie" or "Cowtown" this kooky little town holds an impressive Guiness World Book of Records for the most number of people wearing Cow Onesies....Excellent Chocolate stop at Temper Temper.
Margaret River
Margaret river is a town, a river & a region. This tour focuses on a triangle between Busselton, Cape Naturaliste & Margaret river. With over 140 Cellar doors in the region its the wine that people know Margaret river for but there is so much more than just the township and the viticulture. Amazing diversity in landscape and coastline is also a highlight with dazzling beaches and beautiful forest drives. Little townships with their own unique appeal, chocolatiers, Nougat and wonderful food.
