    No one ever showed up to conduct this tour. We asked several employees and were directed to where guide was supposed to meet us but no joy. Asked ticket person - no one matching this group ever came through. I am extremely upset with your service and feel at the very least I deserve a full refund. We have 3 more tours planned and booked with you am feel I should probably cancel. I’ve yet to hear a response back

    The tour operator is a cheat. Do not buy. They will scam you for extra credit card charges and not provide service. Do not book Walker Tours. Others have had the same comments.

    The guide Anna was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. She explained a complicated history very well and also the reason behind the expansion of the building

    By mistake I booked the tour in Spanish. I noticed it immediately and contacted the agency by email and phone to rebook to an English tour. The phone calls went to voicemail and nobody returned my email until 10 minutes before the start time of the tour when they said they could not rebook because the tour was just starting! I have never experienced such bad service before and strongly recommend others to consider a different agency.

    Our ticket said the tour was in English in one section and Spanish in a different section. I emailed the agency and they confirmed it was in Spanish only. I requested to rebook to an English tour but no it’s responded to my multiple emails after the initial response and when I tried calling three times, it went to voicemail. I was disappointed at how the agency handled the situation and had a terrible experience since we didn’t understand the guide who only spoke Spanish.
