    One day tour of Niagara Fall with my family was amazing. Captain RON, our tour guide was the cherry on the cake. My family and I learnt the histories of each site we went.

    The experience was great. Excellent service! Pick up at the hotel was on time. Cute Emily is just the best guide you can get. Really friendly. Great advice on each stop and you can have time for personal photos!!

    The tour was nice, but the guide was useless because Emily dos not explain anything, didnot respect schedules and all the time she was talking with the chauffer along the walking parte of the tour

    Excellently led tour by two bilingual young women - Yvette was knowledgeable. Coach disappointing with little leg room, no Wi-Fi (although advertised) and an appalling on board toilet - no sanitiser let alone hand wash facility . Two stops on the way up both at good locations with spotless facilities and a range of eating choices. The Falls were absolutely amazing though around 2 hours was lost due to inconsiderate Spanish speaking travellers who decided not to do as asked and meet at the designated time and place. Several laps around key areas and many frantic phone calls to them eventually got them picked up though this meant time at leisure was cut short and the visit to the museum had to be omitted completely. The group also managed to extend a comfort break and leg stretch by a further 10 minutes thus adding more frustration. This being said this is a very good tour and reasonably priced compared to other options of flying,car hire and overnight stays etc.

    This was definitely one of the best experience of my life and I’m go glad I booked it with this agency. The tour was delightful and Emily the tour guide was amazing. She provided the tour in both English and Spanish which was awesome and enhanced the experience for me since I’m bilingual. Totally love this experience and I’m looking forward to doing it again soon. Thanks Emily for such a wonderful experience, you are the best.

    Niagara Falls State Park

    Itinerary: Our day trip begins with your tour guide at departure point at 11:30 PM in Times Square in Manhattan. You’ll travel by comfortable motor coach, with your bilingual (Spanish and English) tour guide. Travel time is approximately 7 hours, each way, with one rest stop each way. During your visit, you will have the opportunity to learn more about these amazing waterfalls and enjoy the views of the falls from different points. You will have a few places to choose for lunch on your own at Goat Island, visit souvenir shops, and more time explore on your own or do any other activities of interest. At 2:00 PM we will begin to board your comfortable motor coach for the return to NYC, arrival time between 10:00 PM and Midnight. Stop At: Goat Island, were we will see the Bridal Veil Falls. Duration: 15-20 minutes You will have the rest of the time to enjoy the beauty of Niagara Falls. take pictures, eat and buy souvenier.
