Specializing in independently produced showcases, we feature not only the best up and coming acts but also national headliners like Mark Normand (Comedy Central, NetFlix) to Roy Woods Jr (The Daily Show). Owned and operated by stand-up comedians and VSPOT restaurateurs, Alex Carabaño, (BET, HBOmax) and his brother Danny, they scout fantastic producers who host a variety of events. The Brooklyn brothers, turned vegan chefs, also offer their Latin munchies as the venue’s dinner menu making it the only plant-based comedy club in the country!

I am a native New Yorker with frequent out of town guests, and this club has consistently been my first choice to bring them for a few much-needed laughs. The talent at this club is carefully curated by savvy industry insiders and the food is some of the best (and probably healthiest) you can get at any comedy club in the city. Having been to every NYC comedy club, the atmosphere and layout of WSCC is cozy and neither auditorium-like nor claustrophobic as it is in some other clubs. You also never know which celebrity comedian will drop by. We happened to be there on a night when Bill Burr performed and blew the roof off the place!
