My wife, 4 year old son and myself went on this trip. As we waited in the heat to board (we arrived a bit too early!) with only a small bottle of water between us I was thinking we'd made a mistake and we'd roast on the boat (note there are lots of nearby shops to buy more water etc) BUT... I was totally wrong, this trip was fantastic!
From the moment the guys arranged all those waiting to get on board they were friendly but also hugely professional, it's a very well managed process. As per the booking instructions, there's NO NEED TO QUEUE and the guys spoke so many languages it was really impressive! They gave priority boarding to pregnant and young families etc and the process of getting onboard was speedy, clear and easy.
Once aboard we had comfy seats and could also stand up, there's also a loo and you can buy drinks. The boat crew were great and repeated everything they said in multiple languages everytime they said anything! We saw gorgeous scenery, amazing caves and went for a lovely swim in the ocean. The crew answered lots of questions we had and our little boy loved them as they made a right fuss of him.
On the way back we SAW A DOLPHIN POD with a tiny baby. It was awesome and something we won't forget.
I'd go on this trip again, anytime and would recommend to anyone. The sea was calm, the weather, boat crew and experience were amazing.

Would definitely recommend taking this boat trip. Speed boat, felt safe at all time. Staff on boat lovely, very informative and funny. Option to swim in the sea. Came very close to caves and the bonus we got to see dolphins on the day that swam very close to our boat. To finish the trip off we got to steer the boat and photo will the captain, brilliant for kids. Staff ensured we all enjoyed it and engaged with everyone as a group and individually. This trip is definitely a must.

Scammers, i book trough fareharbour the tour of caves and dolphins for my family, We are 4 , 2 adults and 2 children, boy of 3 and girl of 6, no option of book for children under 6 but says not allowed children under 3 years old , apparently no problem for children older , put in comments that were 2 adults and 2 children just in case and the time We were going to check in the person in the office saw the canfirmation mail and was agree with my complaint and said he would sent an email to solve the problem and At least get the refund. Waste of time waiting for the tour, in the office, talking by phone with them and writing mails, they take advantage once back in your country you dont have any chances… SCAMMERS
