What to expect

Our olive harvests are only on weekends. The tour lasts at least 3 hours. First you will learn, only in English, how olive trees are growing, how to farm them, and find them in the wild. Then we explain to you how to make the precious oil. Then we will go olive picking (three different ways) and see an olive pruning demonstration. After that, you will discover the rest of our property with wild herbs, vineyards, truffle trees and beehives. We return to our outdoor kitchen, to eat a selection of charcuterie (pâté, ham, sausage, etc...) and cheese with truffles products (truffle oil, truffle salt and truffle honey) and a tasting of our organic extra-virgin olive oil, and other olive based products, with all you care to drink red wines & rosé.
