Very easy to book but missed the phone call informing me that the route was only 7k due to obstruction further down the river. Our teens loved the experience and so did the adults. All instructors and staff were very knowledgeable, polite and made the day very enjoyable.

The full journey for the day
After taking care and the loan of suitable equipment (vest, helmet, paddle single or double according to your wishes, closed shoes and of course kayak or canoe), we will take you by shuttle bus to Ganges place of embarkation. Some navigation tips and safety instructions will be given to you by our team of state-certified instructors.
Summary of the canoe trip - Ganges> Brissac
This part of the river is the one with the biggest rapids. From Ganges you will have 1 km of warm-up before arriving at the medieval village of Laroque and pass the slide, then you will chained the best known rapids "the big S", "the small S", then pass in the gorges at the foot of climbing routes and via ferrata Saint Bauzille of polecats, still a quick "pickets" and the river Herault becomes lenient until the fast "suspension bridge" in Saint Bauzille de Putois, another 5 min of navigation and here you are at Kayak Herault.
You are about midway, now you have the second part of the descent.
This part of the gorges of the Hérault is quiet, calm and wild, no complicated rapids, but a wild landscape far from the road and houses, a chain of water and small rapids that will allow you to discover the wildlife and the flora as well as the vestiges of the various works that bear witness to human activity (mills, dikes, etc.).
Arrival at the pier of Kayak Hérault in the town of Brissac, a shuttle will take you back to your departure point.
