The Lisbon Premium Surf Experience lasts for a total of 120 minutes, including meeting and end points. If you're coming from Lisbon, you can take a train from "Cais de Sodré" to "Carcavelos Train Station" which takes approximately 20 minutes. If you're coming from Cascais, the train ride from "Cascais Train Station" to the same train station is only 7 minutes. From the train station, it's just a short 5-minute walk to the beach where you'll be greeted by your surf instructors. Please note that this activity requires moderate physical fitness and participants should be comfortable swimming in the ocean.
