We booked this for our grandsons 13th birthday.
Communication was good. We were picked up promptly and driven to the launch site. As they had room grandparents were allowed to accompany grandson to launch site. The drive was interesting going up narrow windy roads. It didn't take long to get into the harness and get airborne. Grandson said it was brilliant. Once he was airborne it was back down the narrow windy road to the landing site. We were met by our grandson with the biggest grin on his face.
