Booked the quad bike tour to teide, only to discover my sons licence was out of date by a few weeks, went to the office, where Clydach was extremely helpful, she switched us to a four seater buggy tour instead even though we were probably.past our cancellation time so thanks a lot clodagh and tenerife first excursions customer service at it's best

First time to Tenerife so wanted to book some excursions. Had heard of Tenerife First through several TikTok videos so happy to go there. Mark who served us was amazing. We told him the sort of things we wanted to do and he showed us leaflets and assisted us to get these booked. He wasn’t pushy to book either (unlike another place we had been to on route.) Mark was very professional, sense of humour, helpful. We booked the Teide Quad Tour, 1 hour Jet Ski and the Kayaking and snorkelling. Quad tour and jet Skis are brilliant, would definitely recommend. Unfortunately the kayaking was cancelled due to poor weather forecast but a quick chat with Mark and a full refund was given as we had no other available days to do the activity. Would recommend Tenerife First 100% and would use again should we come back. Thanks again Mark ☺️

Great first experience on quad bikes, worth the money you pay! Its a great day out driving up the amazing mountain roads and a quality off-road track towards the end! They also take some great photos of the group throughout the trip.

Amazing experience with Tenerife first excursions. They were so helpful when booking excursions. the staff are friendly and are so accommodating to your requests. I would highly recommend booking excursions with them if you are visiting Tenerife!! Great experience overall

The experience was amazing, we had much fun! The staff much experienced and professional, he was very friendly and knowledgeable, we enjoyed his stories a lot and for sure the quad driving! The views were incredible and we made a short stop at a local restaurant on our way back where we enjoyed a coffee and a stunning panorama. We are definitely up for taking the off-road driving lesson next time! :D

We booked several excursions with Mattie before arriving through Facebook. Very helpful, answering multiple question I had about the excursions, we got a great discount. First class service from start to finish, great deals when booking more than 1 excursion. The teidi quad excursion is a must. Fabulous experience with breathtaking views. Pizza was delicious too. You’re in safe hands and everything was explained very carefully. You’re in safe hands booking with Tenerife First Excursions, Sarah was great and done us a great deal and we even got to meet the famous Craicmaster & Manic Mattie (backstreet boy) too!!

Mattie was amazing he managed to fit me and my wife in a day before, kept us up to date when the booking had to be cancelled due to bad weather conditions and slot us in again the next day. On the day of the quad bikes the staff there were very nice and spoke English which helped! The excursions itself was a very good experience and very informative. We really enjoyed the off road part of it. Also got mini pizzas at the end of it which was really nice. Thank you to everyone at Tenerife First Excursions!!

MUST DO TOUR on tenerife. The guys at the quad company are proffesionals. Speak many languages so no 1 is left out, as they give informative and invaluable information on mount teide and the area. You get a safety briefing warm clothing supplied if ids cold up there. The views are out of this world, I was driving along laughing in my helmet. Everything is done in a safe manner and this tour made my holiday. Half way rhrough you enter the twighlight zone, in a sleepy village up the side of a volcano for lunch. Beutifull authentic canarian food. The restaurant is cut out of a cave. I will be back to do this again. thankyou to tenerife first excursions, And the quad company and the beutifull girl who picks you up from your hotel and takes you back. See the real tenerife

We did the Masca mountains quad experience instead of the teide one I contacted Viator regarding doing this instead and they happily swapped the experience for the same price. Upon arriving we met a lovely lady and her team who talked ya through what was going to happen then we set off. What a great experience. Masca mountains was something special. Perfect day out. Couldn’t recommend enough. Picked up from hotel and taken back to exact location.
