    Juan made his tour really fun with his cheery personality and interactive style. We saw some beautiful sites, listened to local stories and saw some parts of Palma frequented by the locals. And of course enjoyed tasting the local cuisine. The Panades in particular were yummy.

    We had a lovely tour guide with a name Juan. We have been small group of 6 people and even though each of us has been on tight schedule, Juan manage to do all stops on a schedule within a short time. He has shown us traditional food, treats and even told us about coulture and building. I would highly recomend it to everyone, however if you are on tight schedule, please don't. It is better if you enjoy beauty in slow base.

    Juan was brilliant! I have a nut allergy & im vegan. I hadn’t expected to actually be able to eat much in the tour but wanted to experience it with my friends. Juan was so kind and made sure I still had plenty of things I could eat. He’s great fun and very knowledgeable so we went to some amazing places that you wouldn’t find without a guide and found some great food.

    Myself and my wife had a fantastic time being shown around the food and history of Palma. Really glad we did it early in our stay, as there were so many amazing places we can go back to. Joan was our guide and he was fantastic, take the tour, you won’t regret it.

    Mercat de l'Olivar

    Our tour starts by heading towards Mercat de l´Olivar, however during the tour we will make different detours as we learn about the city, and as we enjoy small bites of typical products such as confectionary, local cold meats, digestif liqueurs... and a longer stop for a tapa and a drink!

    Palma de Mallorca

    Then we will walk by the old Jewish quarter, cobbled streets, stunning gothic patios while we learn how the locals live in this part of the city, and how the city´s history has influenced its gastronomy. The tour lasts 3 hours and we will be walking passing many interesting sights such as: • the monumental area • the municipal market where we will learn about the local vegetables and fish (note it opens from 9-14) • the old fishermen area, nowadays a very popular tapas area and where we will learn about this culture.

    We will then head towards the "Casco Antiguo" - the monumental area where the maginificent Cathedral, old walls and Almudaina palace are.
