    I tried to book this tour when I was in Palermo and nobody at either tourist information office I visited knew anything about Segways in Palermo. No one at reception at our hotel knew of any Segway tours and I when I rang the company they said they didn't speak English... Usually, in a city that operates Segway tours, you see people out and about and I didn't see anyone on a Segway! (and I was out at 10am, 3pm and 6pm when they say they operate...) You can still complete the booking online, where the fee jumps from €75 to €89 and then €99 as you complete each stage (which is why I didn't complete an online booking...) I would suggest you be very wary if you plan to book online.

    We had a great time and the segways were fun to ride, however, the route of the tour was on some busy streets and involved some construction zones and was difficult to navigate. In addition, the headsets did not work well the ENTIRE tour and the majority of us missed out on the tour information as a result for the majority of the tour. They were unable to fix the issue regardless of what they did.

    We try to find Segway to rent but they operate only during summer!!! What a shame! We went to Seville last month and we had a great time renting Segway, the best way to see and visit a beautiful city!

    We attended the segway tour in early August in the baking heat. And it is possible, however very hot! There is a bag on segway, where you can have a bottle of water (remember to buy). It's a great way to get around through the small streets and squares. The only drawback was that it can be difficult to catch the English, when you also have to concentrate on the road. Then ask the guide to speak slowly and clearly. Very friendly organizers, and it's great fun to drive on segway

    We were a group of friends who decided to see Palermo by Segway. It was wonderful. It was fun. We got te see so much of Palermo. Our guide was great, very knowlegable, as we moved along he would keep us informed on areas,landmarks and history. He had humor and we enjoyed ourselves. Palermo is a busy city, traffic and pedestrians everywhere. But we felt safe on our Segways, Mr Brancatelli guided us through very well. Thanks for a wonderful experience
