This was a fraudulent sale of tickets. I received an email saying it was not a ticket but a confirmation and that I would receive a separate email with my actual ticket. I never received that second email. When I arrived at the Prado Museum I was told I needed to get the ticket from this third party company. I called and no one answered so I needed to buy a new ticket at the museum. The company told me I couldn’t receive a refund because I had paid so they essentially collected my money and provided ZERO service in return.

This company has great reviews overall, but poor ones recently. I don’t know what has changed, but the tour I took was a mess. Do not waste your time with this company

Dishonest! We booked the Prado tour with this group. The tour, however, was conducted by another tour company, IBE Tours. We arrived at the meeting spot, the Goya statue, 20 minutes before the start time. The IBE tour guide arrived, I approached her and asked if she was leading the 'Craft Tours - Feel the City Tour'. She, the tour guide, told me no and that she was only leading the IBE group. I approached several other guides, each of which were guiding other groups. Several minutes later, the IBE guide left with a group to tour the Prado. About 20 minutes after our scheduled time, with no guide in sight, I called Craft Tours - Feel the City. They told me I was supposed to be with the IBE guide and because I was late in showing up, I missed the tour. I explained that I spoke to the IBE guide and she told me I was not with her group. After a discussion, we discussed a refund, which I was told I would get. Several weeks and several e-mails letter, I am getting no response to any communication and I have received no refund. The whole thing has been totally mismanaged by Craft Tour - Feel the City Tours. They screwed up and are not standing behind their work and their promises.
