We had a wonderful time listening to Nicholas presentation about the truffles: what are they, where can we find them, how many types are they, how do they match the food... we enjoyed as well the demonstration of truffles cavage with his dog. We could appreciate the relationship and the efforts required between Nicholas and Tiga to become a successful dog truffle hunter.
The 3 courses lunch with truffles was excellent.

The demo with the truffle dog was very good. The truffle high-lighted lunch was also very good. Including the desert bowl of 'dirt' containing 'truffles'. With your own digging tool to search the truffles out.

Нам всегда была интересна тема разведения, сбора и дегустации трюфеля.
И такая возможность нам предоставилась совсем недалеко от Бона.
Вначале мы решили пообедать трюфелями и зарезервировали столик в этом чудесном месте, по приезду мы узнали ,что есть возможность поучаствовать в экскурсии ( примерно час времени, стоимость 10€/человека).
Благодаря нашему чудесному гиду мы узнали о типах трюфеля, манере его разведения, поучаствовали в коваже (поиске) трюфелей вместе с чудеснейший собачкой Тайгой.
Хорошее обслуживание в ресторане и вкусная еда . Мы взяли меню за 58€ : все блюда с трюфелем, включая десерты.

Located between Dijon and Beaune, surrounded by vineyards and fields, the Maison aux Mille Truffes is a peaceful and shady place that invites you to enjoy your time. Key words at l'or des Valois: pleasure, delicacy, history, good food, simplicity and beautiful encounters.
The entire house team, Thierry, Delphine, Benoit, Christine and Alexis, invite you into the world of truffles.
The store in these places offers a selection of Truffle products all year round. You can also shop for fresh seasonal truffles.
After explanations about our profession and the world of truffles, we accompany you to the park to show you the work of digging with our dogs during a demonstration.
Then meet for the "all truffle" lunch made by our chef Alexis

Very disappointed by the cavage, we had an experience in the Drôme with real dog work.
There's no point, distraction to tourist, it's a shame.

We spent the evening in the House of a Thousand Truffles in a group of 20 people for a demonstration of cavity and a truffle meal. We were delighted by Nicolas’ knowledge and humor during the visit and the quality of the dishes prepared by chef. The welcome is warm, a very nice evening for everyone. We will definitely be back!
