    Estupenda guía, muy profesional y gracias a sus explicaciones disfrutamos y entendimos mejor estos increíbles monumentos. Se llama Pili. Merece la pena aunque el Alcazar no está en muy buenas condiciones. La Mezquita increíble.

    Tour totalmente recomendable, sobretodo si quieres aprender de la gran historia de la ciudad de Córdoba. Gracias a nuestra simpatica y carismática guía Pilar, hemos podido ver y aprender muchas peculiaridades de la Gran Mezquita y Catedral de Córdoba y de su Alcazar. Pilar una guía de 10: explicaciones claras, siempre atenta y con toque simpatíco andaluz (que más se puede pedir). De la visita, destacar la gran joya de la Mequiza pero no obstante los jardines de su Alcazar no se lo pueden perder. Importante tener en cuenta que la visita es ligeramente larga (casi 2h 30min llegando casi a 3h), pero merece mucho la pena. Sin duda alguna, volveríamos a visitar la coudad con ellos.

    Los guias muy bien, muy atentos a los clientes. Estoy muy defraudado con Viator. No me comunicaron nada sobre la suspensión de la visita a las 11:30. Es mas el dia antes viernes me enviaron ustedes un correo de confirmación con entradas, cuando me entero que desde el miércoles se sabia que la visita a la Mezquita no se podia hacer a la hora programada. De casualidad me enteré de ello por un guia ajeno a esta empresa y tuve que gestionar el cambio de hora con la empresa que presta el servicio. Sigo esperando una disculpa vuestra. Nadie me ha dado una explicación a la falta de comunicación.

    Ce qui m'a bien marqué c'est que j'ai payé une prestation que je n'ai pas eu. Nous avons appris la veille que l'Alcazar était fermé et donc impossible à visiter. Donc nous avons visité les jardins qui étaient GRATUIT, puis la mezquita. Nous avons payé 78 euros mais la prestation n'y était pas. On nous a proposé de revenir le lendemain matin, mais nous partions, cela faisait 2 jours que nous étions à Cordoue. Alors quelle est la possibilité d'avoir un remboursement ? car nous n'allons pas revenir que pour cela ?
