    After seeing the Alhambra, I could not stop wondering how the beautiful plaster work was created. Thankfully we found this tour and they accepted our next day booking. I'm so glad we did it! A true honor to meet and see the work of such great craftsmen and women up close and personal. So patient with all our many questions and a wonderful behind the scenes tour/demo. As a designer, I was so inspired. Also great to be able to purchase some gifts directly from the workshop. One of the most memorable highlights of our trip!

    After visiting Alhambra we were mesmerized with the amazing craftsmanship of the plaster works and learned about this Taller, so we decided to visit it. The taller was definitely much more than what we expected and the visit was truly fantastic. The staff was very knowledgeable, passionate and friendly. We learned a lot about the process of creating different models using a combination of traditional and modern techniques. Highly recommended it!

    The visit to the workshop has been quite successful. I already knew the Alhambra, but here I have discovered in depth the construction and restoration techniques of the time and those applied today. I have seen the workings of the Alhambra mortar technique, a global benchmark in terms of restoration and its creator Ramon Rubio Domene. The development of the visit is well put forward, as the theory is accompanied by practice at all times and the visit is very interactive. In addition, the guides are great professionals who love their work and explain in a simple and close way the work they carry out. I definitely advise to visit the workshop to people who want to go beyond a simple photo in the lions yard. On this site I have learned details and curiosities about the restoration and construction of the Alhambra that tour guides do not teach. I would like to thank all the staff of the workshop for their sympathy and for the surprise at the end of the visit. I hope to come back another time!

    We collect the legacy of the great master craftsmen who enriched our heritage over the centuries, handcrafting pieces of our heritage by using refined techniques to transform natural materials, such as plaster, into unique pieces worked by hand. Past and present come together in our workshops under the direction of the greatest experts in restoration and conservation of our Cultural Heritage, backed by works of official replicas of large monumental ensembles such as the Alhambra in Granada, Real Alcázar in Seville, Casa Pilatos, the Sephardic Museum of Toledo, Santiago de Compostela Cathedral, etc. With more than 25 years of experience, Artesanía Nazarí takes up the wisdom and sensitivity of yesteryear and offers it to art lovers. The visit includes: Guided tour of the workshop with explanations and live demonstrations, creation of a plasterwork (the entire process) and a handmade gift (Nazarí Plasterwork).
