    Wonderful and informative tour. Loved it! Our guide Frederic was very knowledgeable and described the rooms in detail according to the history of the palace and life at Court. The gardens were so beautiful and I highly recommend renting a golf cart to tour it.

    Very well guided tour. Marta did an excellent job and we tour the must see rooms at the Versaille. Will highly recommend.

    Unfortunately our guide did not share our enthusiasm for being at Versailles. As Americans we were so excited to learn about French history. We asked a question initially in the tour and were reprimanded and told we had to wait. Which we did. He wasn't interested in answering questions. It was clear he had a script and just wanted to get to the end of the tour. There was no opportunity at the end to answer our questions. But we googled. Very disappointed.

    We would definitely recommend this tour! Our tour guide was so knowledgeable and guided us through the palace with ease. I can’t imagine trying to fight our way through the palace on our own. Our tour guide was funny and informative and I felt that she was very thorough. The tour group was easy to find and even though we visited right before the Olympics, everything went very smoothly.

    Very well organized and our guide Maxim was very nice and informative and he got us in fast an also navigated us around really well within the palace

    Palace of Versailles

    Walk in the footsteps of former kings and queens of France on a guided, 2-hour tour of the Palace of Versailles. Meet your guide and your small-sized group in central Versailles, a short trip outside of Paris, and beat the long entrance queues at the palace with skip-the-line access. Wander through many of the hundreds of lavishly decorated rooms including the Hall of Mirrors, Royal Apartments, Apollo Room, Coronation Room and Royal Chapel. As you explore, listen to tales of royal intrigue and learn about the history behind the UNESCO World Heritage–listed palace. After the Palace tour, emerge back into the sunlight for a guided stroll through the stunningly elaborate Versailles Gardens, comprising more than 1,800 acres of artfully manicured flower beds, hedge art, fountains and statuary. With an optional upgrade, witness the fountains come to life during a spectacular water show, or visit on a Tuesday to enjoy the sounds of classical music cascading through the gardens.

    If option selected, after the Palace tour, emerge back into the sunlight for a stroll through the stunningly elaborate Versailles Gardens, comprising more than 1,800 acres (728 hectares) of artfully manicured flower beds, hedge art, fountains and statuary. You'll have the opportunity to freely explore the gardens at your own pace and enjoy the musical show inside the gardens of Versailles.
