After a long journey from Brno, with a stopover in Marrakech, I finally arrived at Todgha Gorge, and the sight that greeted me was nothing short of breathtaking. The towering cliffs, bathed in the warm afternoon light, seemed to rise endlessly into the clear Moroccan sky. It was a moment that made all the travel worthwhile, a true feast for the eyes and soul.

The journey itself was quite the adventure. The flight to Marrakech was smooth, but the subsequent train and bus ride to reach the Todgha Gorge area offered a glimpse into the diverse landscapes of Morocco. From the bustling cityscapes to the serene countryside, each scene was a captivating prelude to the natural wonder that awaited me. I must admit, though, I realized I had forgotten to pack sunscreen and a power adapter – a minor oversight I'll need to rectify tomorrow.

Exploring the Todgha Gorge and Gorges Toudgha was an absolute highlight. The weather is perfect for hiking and exploring the outdoors, and the crowds are smaller than in the peak summer months. The clear skies also make it ideal for photography, allowing me to capture the stunning beauty of the gorge in all its glory.

As the sun began to set, casting a golden glow over the gorge, I found myself reflecting on the day's experiences. Todgha Gorge is more than just a collection of stunning landscapes; it's a place where you can connect with nature, immerse yourself in local culture, and discover a sense of wonder and awe. Tomorrow, I plan to embark on the Todgha Gorge Hike and visit the Viewpoint gorge todra, eager to see more of this incredible landscape. The graceful palms provide shade, and depending on the time of year, you can see clusters of dates in different stages of development. The palmeraie also houses small villages and vegetable gardens, offering a glimpse into the lives of the local farmers.
