Today was a symphony of water, light, and the earthy scent of the cerrado. I ventured into the heart of Chapada dos Guimarães National Park to explore the famed Circuito das Cachoeiras, a trail weaving through a series of breathtaking waterfalls. It was a day of pure immersion in nature's artistry, a reminder of the simple joys of exploration and the profound beauty that exists when water meets stone.

My day began with a hearty Brazilian breakfast at Pousada e Restaurante São Gabriel - Chapada dos Guimarães MT. Fuelled up on fresh fruits and strong coffee, I set off towards the Circuito das Cachoeiras. The anticipation was palpable as the car wound its way through the park's entrance. The November air was warm, hinting at the vibrant life teeming within the park.

I decided to stop by Espaço Aldeia Velha, a local bar known for its relaxed atmosphere. I enjoyed a refreshing drink, chatting with locals and fellow travelers, sharing stories of our adventures and soaking in the vibrant energy of the place.
