Today was a symphony of nature and flavors, a perfect blend that only Chapada dos Guimarães could orchestrate. From the serene trails to the delightful local tastes, every moment felt like a step deeper into the heart of Brazil.
My day began with a hearty breakfast at Atmã Restaurante & Pousada. The panoramic view of the cliffs was the perfect backdrop as I savored each bite, preparing myself for the day's adventures. The restaurant, known for its stunning vistas and Chef Adriana Costa's culinary creations, offered a unique experience that set the tone for the day. I opted for a simple yet satisfying meal, fueling up for the morning hike. It reminded me of breakfasts back in Arezzo, where the view was just as important as the food.
