Today was all about embracing the raw, natural beauty of Mont Saint-Michel Bay. Leaving the comfort of our cozy Airbnb, we set out to explore the area's unique ecosystem and delve into its fascinating history. Sophia was practically bouncing with excitement, eager to see everything the bay had to offer. Lena, ever the architect, was keen to observe how the landscape has shaped the local architecture and culture. I was just happy to be spending quality time with my family, camera in hand, ready to capture every moment.

Sophia, of course, went for a glass of juice. We sat in the garden, enjoying the sunshine and the peaceful surroundings. It was the perfect way to unwind after a busy day of exploring.

I opted for the agneau de pré-salé again, eager to experience it in a different preparation. Lena chose a fish dish, and Sophia happily devoured a simple but delicious meal from the children's menu. The service was impeccable, and the meal was a perfect end to a fulfilling day.
