The air was crisp and clean as I stepped out of the car, a welcome change from the bustling city life I've grown accustomed to in Berlin. September in Serra do Montemuro is proving to be quite pleasant. While temperatures in Porto might still be relatively warm, the higher altitude here offers a refreshing coolness.
