Our day began with a delightful breakfast at Armeni Restaurant. Getting there was an adventure in itself! We took a boat from Ammoudi Bay, a complimentary service offered by the restaurant. The gentle sea breeze and the stunning views of Oia from the water were the perfect way to start the day. The restaurant is nestled right by the sea, and the traditional Santorinian dishes were incredibly fresh and flavorful. I opted for a simple Greek yogurt with local honey, while Hans enjoyed a hearty omelet filled with local cheeses and herbs. Kati, ever the adventurous one, tried the tomato fritters and declared them the best she'd ever had. We sat there, soaking in the morning sun and the tranquil atmosphere, feeling utterly content.

It was a day filled with unforgettable moments, from the tranquil breakfast by the sea to the breathtaking sunset over the caldera. And as I drifted off to sleep, I couldn't help but feel grateful for the opportunity to share these experiences with my family. I am already looking forward to tomorrow's adventure, when we plan to visit Akrotiri and the Red Beach. I've heard so much about these places, and I can't wait to explore them with Hans and Kati. We plan to have breakfast at Santorini Mou, lunch at Taverna El Greco, and dinner at Seaside Santorini, and maybe even enjoy a drink at Tropical Bar.
