The anticipation had been building ever since we finalized our itinerary, and let me tell you, Siena did not disappoint. From the moment we stepped into its historic center, we were transported back in time, surrounded by architectural marvels and a palpable sense of medieval grandeur. It was a day filled with awe, exploration, and the simple joy of discovering new corners of this beautiful country with my beloved Klaus.

Tomorrow marks the final day of our Tuscan adventure, and we plan to make the most of it. Our itinerary includes a visit to the Abbazia di Monte Oliveto Maggiore, a Benedictine monastery known for its stunning frescoes, and the Castiglion del Bosco Winery, where we'll indulge in a final wine tasting before heading back to Germany.
