From Drangiana, head east on the main road towards the outskirts of the city. Follow the signs towards Ghundow Sanak, which is approximately 50 km away. The road might be rough, so ensure your vehicle is suitable for off-road conditions. After about 30 km, you will reach a fork; take the left route which leads towards the mountain area. Continue for another 20 km until you see the trailhead marked by local signs. Park your vehicle here as the final ascent will require walking.
