Starting from the city center of Kabul, head northwest towards the Afghanistan National Museum. From there, continue walking straight along the main road (Shahr-i-Naw Road) until you reach the intersection with Karte Parwan Street. Turn right onto Karte Parwan Street and keep walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you see the Qargha Road sign. Follow Qargha Road for another 5 kilometers, which will lead you directly to Qargha Lake Park. The park is located on your left-hand side, marked by clear signage.
