Merge onto I-65 S via the ramp on the left toward Birmingham. Stay on I-65 S for about 20 miles. Take exit 255A for US-280 E toward Talladega. Follow US-280 E for approximately 4 miles, then take the ramp onto I-20 W/I-65 S toward Montgomery. Continue on I-65 S for another mile, then take exit 255B for US-231 N. Merge onto US-231 N/Cahaba Rd. The Birmingham Zoo will be on your right at 2630 Cahaba Rd, Birmingham, AL 35223. Expect to pay for parking at the zoo, which may cost around $10.
