Getting There

    From Blount Mountain, head southeast on State Route 79. Merge onto I-65 S toward Birmingham. After about 15 miles, take exit 259 for US-31 S toward Birmingham. Continue on US-31 S for about 5 miles, then take a right onto Valley View Drive. Vulcan Park and Museum will be on your left at 1701 Valley View Dr, Birmingham, AL 35209. Parking is available on-site, and there may be a small fee.
